Microsoft is going to argue that since most users
are now familiar with the way a Web browser works, the
browser will be an easier interface for novices to use in
finding stuff on their own computers. And that might be
true. But if it is true, it's an admission of awful truth
for Microsoft: It's saying, "After all these years and
versions of Windows we still haven't figured out how to make
personal computing easy enough for an intelligent person to
learn easily."
