A Haunted Clock
When I lived in Florida and was married to my ex-husband, we had a collection of antique clocks.... different kinds, but mostly OG clocks. My ex was really into them and we had them hung all over the house and on things all over. They were really nice and I had no problem with them. Until I started noticing things about one of the clocks. This clock is very old and has wooden works, just to show you how old it really is. When I'd be doing some work in the diningroom where the clock was hung on the wall, I'd look at it sometimes because it is a very attractive clock. Soon I noticed that while looking at it the mirror on the door....about 10x12" in size, would change its reflection without the room changing at all. Needless to say, it was quite unnerving! It got increasingly active, but I was the only one in the house who noticed this! I have a son and a daughter also who lived there, but they never saw anything out of the ordinary. Well, I finally had had enough, so I walked up to the mirror on the clock and asked it just who it is in there and what do they want from me? I never received an answer.....maybe I'm lucky....I don't know. I had seen shadows in the house on occassion....and my mother-in-law saw them one time. But nothing ever harmed me or threatened me. I would love to know what was haunting that house, but I left my ex-husband there and moved to Pennsylvania, so I suppose I'll never find out!
