ADA Accommodations

The City currently has 23 affordable rental developments for low and moderate income households, including 10 senior citizens apartment complexes.  Eligibility is based on income limits established by the U. S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, and rental rates vary from one complex to another.  Persons interested in applying for these affordable apartments can contact the City at (805) 583-6769 to request a copy of the Rental Housing Guide which provides a project list and location map.  Each rental complex manager is responsible for processing rental applications and verifying the income qualifications of all applicants.
