Duplication of Plans and Other Documents

The City of Simi Valley retains copies of plans, permits, calculations, specifications and soil and geotechnical reports for commercial and industrial structures from as far back as 1969, when the City was incorporated. The City also retains plans for most residential developments for at least three months after completion of the project.
