PROVIDES FREE ASSISTANCE TO EMPLOYERS BY:

Referring potential employees to both private residents and business employers for permanent, part-time or full-time employment opportunities.

Referring potential employees to temporary or "one-time only" requests for both private residents and commercial businesses.

Pre-screening job applicants to match employers' hiring requirements.

Referring trained and experienced young adults between the ages of 13-22 for retail, clerical, food service, cashier, stock, maintenance, yard work, child care, inventory, assembly, reception, data entry, marketing, and many other positions.

PROVIDES FREE ASSISTANCE TO YOUTH BY:

Helping youth develop the effective job search skills necessary to succeed in the current labor market.

Providing individual employment counseling sessions to youth ages 13-22.

Organizing and facilitating Interview Skill Workshop lectures and mock interviews to over 2,000 Simi Valley high school students.

Matching youth job placement needs with employers based on hiring requirements and applicant qualifications.
